Are people with criminal records allowed at any corporations? I don't have one, I'm just wondering what level of misconduct is allowed on a background check for a large company to still consider them?

Billables are low this month. Like I have 65 billable hours in so far. I’ve messaged partners over the last week to try and get more cases but there are tons of new associates who were just onboarded and were at a low point for business. I’m freaking out

I just left a very toxic work place.
The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. Why are people now treating e-mail as instant messaging? I work with several people that for some reason expect all emails to be answered within minutes of being received…. Trying to decide between an offer at Deloitte and a counter-offer at Booz. Deloitte has the name recognition and better benefits but I have a really supportive team at Booz and good work-life balance. Any insight is appreciated! I have 10 years of experience. Mostly in Unix, C++ and Visual C++ and MS SQL. I developed interest in cloud computing as like many others and was able to clear AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect Associate and Professional, AWS Security. Along with these I was able to clear 8 Azure certifications as well: 3 fundamentals, Azure Security, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps and Azure Architect.
Now my main question, can I try to switch on Cloud Architect or some other similar cloud roles?
