Hey can anyone shed light on the Technical Accounting Consulting group at RSM compared to Big 4 (EY FAAS) with regards to work life balance / middle market client demands / flexibility?

CTC : 12.4LPA+(fixed)
Current Company : PwC India
I know I am underpaid, but my leaders are forcing me to work on multiple projects, for which I am getting anxiety even before working or denying.
What is the solution? Provided I don't want to switch & increase salary just to provide more tax to govt or the work may increase more too.
I need 100% job stability, which only PwC can provide.
