Cognizant Recently cognizant have changed their internet wfh allowance policy.we use to get 1800 per month as internet allowance without submitting any bills or transaction details. Now they changed the policy as we need to apply for icici/axis/hdfc credit card from there we need to make the transaction and reimburse the same. I am ok with everything but why i need to apply for credit card? How a company can force me to have a credit card? It will directly/indirectly alter the credit score right? Cogniza

Interviewed with them. Spoke with a recruiter then the VP. Got positive feedback, had great rapport. We scheduled to follow up next week on some minute details. He missed our scheduled time and did not respond to my emails. Left me ghosted and dissatisfied with the conduct. Felt like that was indicative of their culture and left it alone.
I worked there as an Account Manager at Randstad IT, and personally hated it. However, you can be successful if you get a good list of clients. It all depends on the specific office and if you have existing clients or have to cold cal and break into new ones.
Staffing is a hard industry. The reason I left was because I would get job posting, but our recruiters could never fill them. You only get paid if we fill the job.
I would ask how many precious accounts mangers have worked the book you are getting and if they were successful.
A good friend of mine worked as a recruiter there and hated it. I don’t really have much feedback other than that, unfortunately.
