How do people increase their credit score? Mine’s only around 790/770 for transunion/equifax respectively and its been like that for a while now. I have 100% payment rate, only 3% credit utilization, and 0 hard inquiries for the past 6 months or so. So far I only have credit cards, no loans yet. Thanks in advanced!

Has anyone had success transferring Chase Ultimate Reward points to a friend? I see that only “household” transfers are allowed but don’t know if there’s leeway with the term. I paid off all my debt (mostly student loans) earlier this year and haven’t changed my spending or lifestyle and the savings have been piling up. It’s getting addicting just watching it jump up after every paycheck. Feels amazing to no longer be in crippling debt and finally move on with my life.

I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?

My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

I was not yet in the job market last recession but I watched my mom get laid off and struggle to find employment during that time for the next 1.5 years. I was wanting to hit the job market towards the end of this year, but now I worry that if I do move companies, the recession could put me in position of last one hired first one fired. I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax.
