Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.
Would there be any scope of increment going forward?

You'll be sacrificing current and future earnings. Where are you at in your career and how secure is this job? I'd seriously caution against it early on in your career.

Think it depends on what they want though. If they are comfortable with that salary and hours (and they don’t want more over time), then this seems like a fine move to me.
What’s your current WLB?
What’s your career goals?
How does this gig align to your career goals?
Not a bad gig if you've got family stuff going on, such as an elderly parent or young kid to care for.
Just had a baby - that’s why I’m wanting to go part time.

Have things like exit ops and career progression been considered?
I personally would but it’s definitely dependent on your goals. You’d be trading in a lot of missed income but you’d definitely get a good wlb. Some people have been able to find the $100-$200k pay with great wlb but I haven’t been that lucky haha so I’d just go with the lower pay and guaranteed time off.
Do you get any benefits at the part time job?
