Currently make 80K at PwC. Received an offer to go part-time at a different company (30 hours/week) for 72.5K and a 6.5K bonus. No overtime is ever expected and if I hit my contracted hours for the year (1,500 hours) I can either take time off/be compensated for it. Would you take it?

What should be the salary for Manager / Sr Manager having 14+ yoe in project/product service operations? I am at 32 lpa which I think is quite low having worked with top consulting firms for close to 12 years.

I joined IBM around year ago.
i have 9 YOE and i was given band 7A saying its lead role.
However in project i was treated as team member l. Initially i was okay as i thought i will be familiar with environment and later will take more responsibility.
But then they gave me release after few months.
No hike also this year.
Future also seems unclear as i feel low self-esteem seeing collegues my experience earning well and having better roles.
I really think joining IBM was wrong decision.
