When I was a competing wrestler I was much better medicated
I feel like when I was on meds I could go much harder at my workouts.
I don’t feel it 😅 but in generally my cardiovascular health is crap, so I’m huffing and have a high heart rate in general.
I try to start away from them. Working out already increases my heart rate enough. If you're going to try I would start off with a small amount to see how you react
