I have depression and anxiety so getting out of PA was the best thing for me. I’m also trying not to overdo it though.
As someone who's going through depression and anxiety but still struggling in PA, I hope to be in your shoes very soon :)

update: worked out today for the first time in a long time. took everything out of me to get up and do it but i’m glad I did! baby steps :)

Take it one day at a time! I'd study a few hours every day if I had the time. For working out, perhaps find someone to workout with you if you like? Maybe take some classes? Those are always fun! Try to workout 3 times a week, or less than that if needed. When I was super depressed in college, I began to work out with an acquaintance of mine who helped me stay accountable. Now we are pretty much best friends! Congrats of leaving PA btw! Wish I have the courage to do the same one day!
Working out also → endorphins! So yay to that
I hope to get out of PA very very soon..
Did I misunderstand the question - are you asking how to get back in to PA? I did just that after 14 years in industry.
