I exercise regularly, mainly walking, because I was becoming young and immobile. I realized a few years ago that my lifestyle was getting so sedentary and it really bothered me. I had gained weight and felt lousy all the time. So I started walking nearly every day, and it became a great habit to fall into. Move around, it's good for you!

My dad died at 49 years old from heart failure, which was a complication from his cancer surgery 2 days before. Both health issues were lifestyle related. There is no way I am going to willingly cause my family that kind of pain because I won't look after myself.
If I can only collect my 401k starting at 59.5, it better be a good time. The healthier I am now the healthier I will be then. Make the most of the that time by investing in yourself now
