I’m currently an Account Executive but potentially interested in transitioning into marketing. I’m almost at 2 years in my current role and have a BA in psychology. I love working with people, but not 100% into sales. What are some ways to enhance my marketing background so I can apply to marketing positions? Are there certificates I should complete? Open to any advice thank you.

Hi folks need your suggestion here it would help me i guess . I have been working as manual tester for 3.5 years. I tried learning coding and felt difficult so gave up on that. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. Have on offer in hand with a better company for the role customer support specialist L3 . Should I take up this offer ? Or i can stay in Manual Testing my whole life ?

I have hit my wall. I cannot do public accounting any longer. I cannot deal with the constant focus on compliance, billable hour and the general unproductive behaviors/mindsets. I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager.
