Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy
Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

I've been trying to update my resume with my last 5 years of experience and I'm completely overwhelmed. At this point I just need to hire a resume writer. I need someone who can talk to me about my experience and actually write the resume, not just edit an existing resume. Does anyone have a recommendation? Is ResumeSpice worth the money?

Remote jobs are SUPER competitive at the moment so not surprising. It's a test of patience at this point tbh
I was in a similar position until I redid my LinkedIn and Resume. Then I started getting more people to reach out to me and landed a Director role. You got this!
I asked a bunch of fellow recruiters at other companies to look at it and also recommend my profile to anyone they knew or reached out to - I got key feedback (like how my LinkedIn wasn't clear what my area of focus was) this way and changed it to match
Try MBO partners for a consulting role in the meantime. Deloitte, EY and PWC have consulting gigs that pay a pretty penny.
Thanks! I’ll check it out
Tbh about the remote thing. I work a “hybrid” schedule but it’s honestly just a technicality. I feel like a lot of jobs that state they are hybrid are probably currently 98% remote but they just haven’t made a decision on whether they are staying 100% remote officially. It’s still possible for staff to be called onsite at any time and they would have to oblige…So just ask questions if anything if that’s a big co side ration when applying to jobs…Also, what positions have you been applying for ?
I got laid off two week ago. Already applied to 300 jobs with custom resumes and cover letters for each. I have 5 written letters of recommendations, 10 references I can pull upon, willing to commute 30 miles on site, work 16 hour days, remote, travel, etc. Not a single offer so far. I’ve reached out to every recruiting and consultant firm in Los Angeles. Willing to step down and take a $20k hit of salary too, doing everything to land a new job. Hell it could come with no benefits or PTO and I’d still take it.
I’m experiencing the same. Good luck!
I was recently on the job market. I recommend setting job alerts and shoot your shot with new postings vs the ones that's been open for months. I noticed that I got a much higher response rate from the newer postings. Keep applying!
My company is currently hiring for some People Operations positions. If you are still interested in seeking a position. We are a Hybrid based office in NYC. And we are only required to come into the office once per week, but it's still pretty flexible.
I am in NYC and looking for the type of opportunity you've described. Would you mind sharing additional details?
What area are you in?
Me too 😕
I am sourcing for 2 RHRMs, must be located in either VA or DC/Bltmr area
Where are you located?
Just curious... What specific technology skills do you have? Oracle, Workday, SAP? Most companies are looking for HR professionals that also hold certifications in niche technologies. Even a Google certification could help you stand out and land a more sought-after and high-paying remote job.
I’m not the original poster but I have a question related to your comment. What niche certifications do you think are most marketable? I work at a mid-market company and we don’t use SAP, workday or Oracle, which from my research makes certification in those systems impossible.
I have the time and money, are general certifications like SHRM or HRCI sought after?
