Just got through my first interview with EY for an experienced associate position in FDD. Throughout the interview process, they mentioned nothing about a case study. But now I need to take one this Friday. I’m not saying I care, I’m just not experienced with case studies in interviews. I never had one for audit, I never had one for consulting positions, but I need one for FDD. I’m not at ALL prepared for this case nor will my performance be a reflection of my potential. No idea what to do.

So, around 2 months ago I was hired by this company as a DevOps Engineer. Hello, I have a report that lists every time costs are updated. Sometimes, people accidentally update costs incorrectly. There is no way to remove the accidents. I want to get an average costs for the current year, not including costs that are 10% lower than/more than the general whole. I'm thinking, "averageifs([unit costs],[item number],"="&A1,[year updated],"="&year(today()))" but I'm not sure how to remove the mistakes...

Just offered a new closing role at a smaller company. 60k base 120 OTE after 90 days that’s goes up to 75 base 150 OTE. Debating leaving the company I’m at. I’m interviewing for a role that is open to both remote and in-person (when it’s safe) work. Should I give salary expectations based on cost of living in the city where the office is located or based on where I’d live working remotely? Cost of living in the office location is a lot higher than where I’d live but since they are also considering in-person candidates, I know the budget is there.
