When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
Hi all,
Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.
Wil be grateful to you for the suggestions. Accenture Cognizant MindTickle Encora IBM Infosys

I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Would not go to Kauai while pregnant due to limited access to quality healthcare. Would 100% go to Oahu if you want a ton of good restaurants, but only if you’re good with venturing away from wherever you’re staying.
Oahu is great. There’s Honolulu and Waikiki of course but also I usually stay in ko olina (I stay at the beach villas but they have traditional hotels too) and they have almost a lagoon where the water is calm and great for someone who is pregnant.
Maui is the most relaxing in my opinion. I had some of the best food and seen some of the most amazing sunsets at incredible beaches. Kaui has a very different vibe and people go there for active stuff like hikes mostly, so would not recommend for a pregnant woman. Wherever you go, protect yourself from mosquitoes.
I went to Kauai when I first found out I was pregnant. It’s beautiful, but would not recommend for advanced pregnancies. It’s great for adventuring - I did great hikes but would have been miserable after 4 months lol. Also, I had gone solo, and befriended many locals who shared with me about how dangerous the waters are there - I saw many signs and heard stories of drownings/surf accidents, though there are beautiful peaceful beaches too. Recommend for a trip at a different stage of life :). Maui is very peaceful and Oahu has great access to all things so depends what you’re looking for. Note hurricanes can hit Hawaii in the summer, especially August so keep that in mind.
