Are you eating enough? My migraines got better when I worked on my metabolism. Busy times at work I didn’t eat for long stretches and that’s when they would surface.
I was getting regular migraines (4-6 really bad ones per year) and then I started getting regular chiropractic adjustments and in the last 4 years since then I’ve had 2 migraines, but nothing like what I used to get and they were after stints of not seeing the chiropractor for a couple months. Not saying it’s gonna cure everyone but might be worth a shot. Also helped with regular headaches too
My diet did change... significantly. Introduced a lot of sugar into the diet past 2 months (chocolate mostly, donuts, Starbucks).
Totally. Caffeine and chocolate are triggers for people.
That may be a culprit. I’ll try my best to ween off this week :/
Try to stand more at work if possible
Yep. Tingling in my face, all that Jazz. It’s a thing. Just get it checked if you haven’t already rather than assume it’s just stress.
Yes got a very bad concussion awhile ago and ever since then i get really bad headaches usually because of stress. I take migravent which i get off Amazon and i think it helps
Thanks guys. I’ll try to isolate by cutting the chocolate first.
Honestly I’ve seen a doctor before in college when my migraines first started from over stress during CPA studies. They said there was nothing they can do but recommend relaxing and OTC med.
Should try doing yoga
Botox and Aimovig. Botox freezes your muscles so tension headaches stop, Aimovig blocks a neural receptor that starts migraines.
It could be from looking at a screen for too long! I get tension headaches from that but eye drops work wonders. My headaches usually go away. Also going for a 15 minute walk outside (if the weather is nice) or even just in the building seems to help. Exercise is general really does help with stress, even it’s just 10 minutes on the elliptical.
