If you have time before your exam, take a long walk or get some kind of physical activity. This always helped me!
I took a nice hot bath and that did the trick for me. Best of luck!
Try guided meditations to ease the anxiety. You’ve been studying and you are ready for this so go into the test confident and ready to be done!
Deep breathing exercises and possibly even going out for a walk/run to get away from the study materials.
For me, I would get to the testing site early and just listen to music in my car to relax.
