Hi! I've been trying to reach the IRS about correcting a name on a return, they won't process my tax return bc of this error. I call the number they provide 800-829-0582 ex. 372 or 772 and when I call i get a message that I need to call the number above. So it's driving me nuts bc it's a literal circle. I've tried calling the number listed on the IRS website and it's only prerecord info. I don't know what to do, any suggestions?

I quit a small PA company to join big4 but my manager here is picky and she fixed everything that I did to her way. Now old manager asks if I want to come back if she matches the salary.
