What is Accenture level 8 Inside Sales Manager salary? Can not find info anywhere Accenture

Hi fishes🙂 👋🏻 I got an offer from Larsen & Toubro Infotech today for the position of 365 Functional Consultant. But the designation offered is 'Senior Engineer - Cloud Services and Software' whereas in PwC my designation: 'Technology Consultant' & designation of offer in hand(IBM) :'Advisory Consultant'. So will IBM consider my Larsen & Toubro Infotech offer as a counter offer? My fear is whether they will say 'you r offered a different role hence we cant consider'.Will it matter that much?

How many days of PTO do you take? I’m a second year partner and have struggled to step away for more than a couple of days at a time. I take around 15 days total for the year. This is a mentality carried over from being a senior manager and working constantly to sell and build a ledger to make partner. My team has doubled in size and ledger continues to grow. I fear burnout with pressure to keep pace of growth no additional incentive to work this hard because of equal sharing comp model.

I just finished my MBA and I am an electrical engineer of 10years experience. I received a job offer as a senior engineer from a an engineering company. I previously discussed project manager role with this company but they extend me a senior engineer position.
I would like to get advice on what to do, how to proceed, and have an idea of salary that i should negociate if i decide to go with the company?

I’ve been submitting applications because my company has been doing layoffs and pay cuts. I was informed yesterday that they will be doing additional pay cuts starting next week. First my bonus was cut by 60% and now they have mentioned they are going to cancel it altogether. When interviewing for new positions how should I explain why I’m looking for a new job even though I still (at least currently) have a job, just major pay cuts?

Got an internal offer and external offer from Deloitte. Deloitte is offering 14% higher base + 10k signing. Comp says Deloitte but transition and knowledge of resources say PwC? What do yall think? I started at $57k base last year, with OTE of $70k

I received a small raise at the start of this year, along with a new comp plan so current numbers are $59k base and ~$80k OTE.

This role is in a life sciences vertical. SDRs in this vertical w/ a year of experience average 60-70k base.

Need some advice. Work for AT&T corp Store Manager. Been in wireless industry for about 14 years. Base is about 60k and commission and incentives add to 35k extra. Single dad and have worries making less then 80-85k if I change companies. Don’t have degree but considered a top store managing about 20 people. Not getting the opp to progress past this level. I know some times this job is hard, it’s not all steaks and martinis but that rush when you are at 99.2 percent for the the quarter and that last deal that would push you over the top comes in is exhilarating! Happy end of quarter!
