Any insight into the Oracle Healthcare Program Manager position?
Currently a Senior Clinical Consultant with Cerner with over 15 years of program management experience. Looking at what the comp of a manager is. A referral would be nice too.

I think it’d be helpful if those of us who have exited into Bay Area tech start a comp thread so others can benchmark.

I have 9 YOE, got offer from PWC, $99k base salary in columbus, position of senior associate L2. Is it a good offer? Recruiter told me PWC follows some kind of pay structure it is non negotiable. Can anyone advise.

I would like to hit fire between 40-50. Currently 27, 185k total comp (125 for me and 60 for partner). Like my job don’t hate it don’t love it. Does an MBA make sense? I’m guessing it could take me to 170ish with that schools I’m looking at but wondering if the 40-50 retirement range makes an mba not make sense since I’d only have 10-20 years to save vs 12-22.

Would have to finance the whole thing myself. Current net worth is 140k. Thoughts?

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Hello. Would anyone mind sharing a solid resource or approach to compensation alignment strategy? Currently our staff have a conversation around their comp. on their anniversary- 300 employees. Performance review conversations take place twice a year and not connected to the comp conversation. I am looking for a way to ensure the comp. conversations feel less laborious and tedious. I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality. I head a team and they seem to be happy… but I’m also personally not satisfied what we’re delivering is enough… so I have this weird mixed feeling of the stuff we’re doing not really being that stretching, but at the same time I feel out of my depth. I really don’t know what to do and whether to hold on in the hope I’ll learn something or go back to a lower grade and a more comfortable life.

HELP! I’ve been contacted by a small private security firm who wants me to be their “on call” counsel. They describe it as a lot of contract review, drafting NDAs, etc. but also being there if/when they need to license a vehicle, defend civil suit, etc. It’s overwhelming but sounds like a really great opportunity. I have enough background to be comfortable with contracts and litigation, but don’t want to get myself into a mess. Has anybody else ever had a job like this?
