Who’s actually happy with their healthcare? The coverage offered at my new agency is laughable at best 🥸

After many months unemployed, I got an offer in another city at a pharma agency, HCP work. My last position was as a brand strategist at a well-known NYC agency. With the surge in job postings, should I hold out for a position that I'd actually be excited about? Or is the job market still super terrible? I wouldn't even mind DTC healthcare, but HCP is just not for me.

My new agency’s healthcare plan only has ONE physician in NYC listed as in-network... is a plan this limited the norm?!

HR and leadership denied my request for our company’s cell phone reimbursement ($60, but it’s still something) because they came to a conclusion that those who aren’t directors don’t use their phone enough for work purposes to warrant it. So I’m about to delete my work email, Zoom, Slack, etc. from my phone. Guess if they need to get ahold of me, they have to wait until I get on my computer.

I work at an Omnicom agency and their family insurance plan is exorbitant for how much it actually covers. If you work at a small agency in NYC, could you tell me what your monthly health insurance premiums are for families? I'm at a small agency in NYC and the health benefits for a family are almost prohibitively expensive, ~1,500/mo with a high deductible. Would love to know if we're competitive or not and if not, share that info with our HR and bosses.

The opportunity: A CD opening at an amazing agency in Europe (I’m American). The dilemma: I’m 8 weeks pregnant. The visa process is time consuming and expensive and I will likely go on maternity leave shortly after arriving. Do I tell them? Or just see how it goes and then spring it on them? How bad is it to accept an offer after you already started a job a couple of days ago? I just finished onboarding and would feel terrible.
