What kind of interview questions can be expected for International Tax Senior?

I have an interview next week for a consultant role that I thought was along the level of my experience for a strategy role.

After more digging, the senior version of this role aligns with my exp more. Should I bring this up in the first interview (panel of 4 people)?

Anyone from Deloitte or any similar big four firm exit to Capital One as a senior manager or a director? I’ve been applying to roles and getting nothing back. Seven years of experience in the cyber security field and two years at a big four. Also just redid my résumé as well. I would love any referrals or a point in the right direction. @Capital One

I'm at a F500 company. We've had no success hiring IA senior or staff and have been looking for a month. Is that pretty typical? Not even getting to interview stage

Nagarro: 31 LPA
Srijan Technologies: 30 LPA

Where should I join? I have heard great reviews about Nagarro but head that there are client interviews where you might get rejected. Also, don't know much about Srijan, though heard few but good reviews.

Currently at EY senior 3 up for promotion to manager just interviewed with Deloitte and people seem great! Salary increase is amazing… is this a good decision hmm… you guys tell me. I have no issues with EY but my salary is not what I would like it to be and when I promote I don’t think they will come close to offer from Deloitte.

Having interview fatigue. I quickly run out of Qs because these firms aren’t giving very different answers or I’m asking Qs I know the answer to. As background, I litigated for 5 years for a few firms (couple biglaw) before clerking, so I’m familiar with the interviewing firms from experience and word of mouth. It’s tough to keep asking the same stuff when I’m interviewing with so many partners at each firm. Recs for good Qs for a mid/senior lit associate with regional/biglaw firms?

Feeling down. I've interviewed for probably 12 positions (mostly Senior Manager level), and always getting rejected. Is this normal? I do try and ask for feedback, and sometimes they give saying that there just isn't the right fit for your skillset at this time. If so, then why did you interview me? #frustrated

Company I'm interviewing for is asking me to respond to a creative challenge as part of the interview process.

They're requesting platform ideas with responses in the ATL, digital, and content spaces. I find this quite odd given they approached me first rather than the other way around, and to ask for a creative task at the senior leadership level is strange to me.

How should I approach this? Say no? Spend no more than 1-2 hours on the task for a topline response and send with an NDA?

Any advice?
I’m relocating to the Houston Tx. area and have been looking for Hr generalist jobs. I’ve been applying for a few weeks now for positions ranging from entry lvl to senior lvl and have yet to get an interview or a follow up. I have about 2.5 - 3yrs of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations/development/engagement, and compensation. Anyone has advice or job leads and contacts? Wondering if I’m being impatient and this is a standard timeline? 🤔

Is there any risk to being at the top of the pay bucket for your role? I’m interviewing for a senior consultant role at another firm and would only jump if it was close to my manager pay for my next promotion.

I got rejected for an associate position after went through all rounds of interview a couple of months ago. At the same time, I also applied for senior associate position in the same group. Ques 1- Ballpark of Expected package?
Ques 2- Hierarchy of this "Senior" is it good?

I’m a senior at Indiana University majoring in Finance and Accounting with CPA eligibility after graduation in 2022. I also currently have a low GPA of 3.0, any advice on what firms or practices in Chicago that I should focus on on my recruiting that will at least give me a chance? I’ve been networking and applying but they all said my GPA is too low. Please help!

I gave interview at bank of america some time back and they took interview for post of senior software engineer ( prod support)

But in offer they have mentioned the post as Analyst 1

Could someone please advise can I ask them to change the post to SSE as when I was giving interview it was shown like that only ?
