Where is the best site to look for executive level HR roles these days?

I had a final round of interview yesterday. At the end of the interview, the interviewer said ' let's stay in touch'. A bad sign, right? Should I give up the hope?

I’m probably just ignorant - but I feel like consulting has become a popular career path for undergrads in the last 10ish years. What was it like in the in the 80s, 90s or early 2000s? Was it considered to be a relatively high paying career like it now?

For those who completed their SHRM certification this year (CP or SCP) and opted for self study, what study materials did you use to prepare?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

Less of a question, more of a request... stop asking your junior BIPOC strats to work on BLM briefs because they are the only voice of color on your team. Just here to say I’m so thankful we have this safe space. People who aren’t diagnosed generally have misconceptions about ADHD and its symptoms, and I’m so grateful we have this bowl to seek help, learn from one another, and sometimes just vent! Once when I was waiting tables, I had a guy pay me cash. The change was 45 cents, which I didn't give back to him because like who wants that. He then asked where the change was, and when I explained that I didn't give back the loose change, he made a big stink about how dollars and cents matter and didn't leave me a tip.
