Does anybody have experience working at Onfido?

Why do FAANG companies pay above market not just for Eng talent but other non-core functions? Like HR or other functions that are largely similar anywhere else

All folks who recently started with PwC. Had the HR reach out to you with regards to laptop and other onboarding info? I had reached out to them to ask if they had completed by background check since I couldnt see the process. They had said "it was completed and I should get an email confirmation". Nothing from them. Just wanted to confirm when I should expect to see the email, if any, about getting a laptop.

It’s been 2 weeks since my interview and pretty sure I got rejected but I sent a follow-up on early Friday but still no response. Do I just drop it and move on? This doesn’t seem typical.

2. 1 week before
3. Keep on looking till last day
4. Keep on looking even some days or a month after joining if there is better company and good hike

I was wondering if anyone works as a medical examiner assistant (gov) and what your salary is?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. My question is those currently in an HR role, would this move make sense to you?

How much is a news paper advertisment? I was charged $693 for 1/4 page. Is that ok?

Journalism is the best job in the world but I feel like people are less likely to take my work seriously because I am female. So it's like they automatically think the only things I would be good at writing about are fluffy little human interest stories. I'm just a reporter like everyone else. Is there some way I can tell my supervisor that yes, I do like those stories, but I like being a serious reporter even more?

Those who do financial modeling at work: for case study in interviews, is it bad practice to submit a model based on a premade template, assuming that I understand all formulas and incorporate my own reasonable assumptions? For reference, I don’t work with fundamental modeling (quant background) so I needed to get a template to teach myself. TIA

Is it bad to be over-utilized? I just did the math and I could charge zero hours this week and take a 3 week vacation after and still be 100% utilized? Is that abnormal?

Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building.
