Results came out this morning and I passed, no more stressing about it!!

Thanks!!

Not sure if it’d help, but I usually just try to think that what’s done is done, and there’s nothing else I can do to change the results anymore, so there really is no good reason to stress out about it

Same boat as you. Couldn’t get proper sleep over the weekend. Most likely will drink my anxiety away the night before... and to help with my sleep. Good luck! 💪

One of my teachers told me once as we were cramming (for AP chem which had a much different outcome for me than the CPA exam but I still think it’s good advice) “anything you’ve ever learned is locked in your subconscious. You just need to relax and let it out”. You got this!

I am a CFE, but my primary role is accounting advisory. Are there ways that I can still continue to expand my practical knowledge about the forensic accounting profession (getting involved with the ACFE and other orgs, volunteering, etc.) without switching over to a forensic accounting role entirely?

Forensic accounting has always been an extreme interest of mine. Does anyone here work in forensics that can give some information on it? (Do you like it? Worth getting CFE? What type of work? Etc.)

Decided that I’m leaving audit today. Trying to understand the full range of opportunities in forensics. Will have my CPA and CFE. So far, I understand that there are client-serving firms like FTI and then the B4 will have forensics arms as well. What are some other forensic accounting roles? Pros and cons? Better than audit? Honestly just looking to learn anything.
