What’s the best advice/strategy you’ve adopted for lawyering with ADHD?

Hi! Female 30 in NYC here. I work in the corporate sector. I’m a first generation immigrant. I have a passion for Olympic weightlifting and I love trying new foods, going to the movies, and essentially am a homebody. Looking for someone with similar values.

Can someone discuss the pros and cons of having a gym close to work vs having a gym near home but still would have to commute there, go back home then go to work. To me it seems more convenient to just on the way to work go to the gym, shower, then go into the office.

Ps: yes, I'm in the office.

For those of you on medication, how do you manage delayed flights causing you to miss appointments? Often, cancellation policies are strict, expensive, and require several days notice.

I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. I’m about to take the OSAT and wondering if there is anyone on here who took it recently

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?
