Hi Guys, I am 5.5 years Java Developer and I have offer from JPMorgan Chase and Walmart .
Jpmc: 50% on current fixed + jpmc benefits Walmrat: 50% on current fixed + yearly bonus + stocks.
Please help me choose which will be better, mainly looking for brand value, work life balance and yearly hikes.
How is work life balance at Citi Risk Team?
TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

It's a never ending battle, isn't it? Seriously, some days I question whether it's worth the fight or not.
I take a day or two off when I feel particularly stressed. We're not built to keep on going forever.
Pro
Setting boundaries and knowing that I alone will not solve every problem we are working to fix. I also love spending time with other DEI pros. I feel so heard and validated, and that brings relief.
Every morning I question my commitment to the cause. After taking this temperature check and realizing that for this day DEI is still my personal calling - not just my job or my title - I get up, strap on and plunge in like there’s no tomorrow. Because one day there won’t be. It’s not the circumstances around me that will make me tire… burnout… quit. I signed up long ago for all the external and internal chaos that goes into changing the world’s systems. The morning the “calling” doesn’t call my name anymore, I’m done.
What would u say u have been able to accomplish within this space with the time u have been given? Serious question.
