Keto/LCHF Diet Bowl

Do you guys track calories? I did Keto for a month (urine strips showed deep ketosis) and felt great but barely any weight loss. Any tips?

You need to track calories. I like to use MyFitnessPal.

It is possible to out eat any dietary pattern. Input: My hack if I creep back up, is make eating boring for 3-4 days. 2-3 eggs breakfast and lunch, Olive oil based salads for dinner, with modest protein. But eggs and olive oils are my go to for reset. Output: Fasted walking, to deplete liver and muscle glycogen, if it’s an output. 13hrs min fasted. Then, sleep... the RiteSleep method, Dr. Gominack, hugely changed my eating/ energy.

Yes you need to track calories. In general, a caloric deficit is needed to lose weight. Calculate your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR - the amount of calories your body burns doing nothing) using an online calculator and then set a intake deficit. You’ll lose weight this way with or without Keto. Keto just helps to speed the process some. I use Cronometer, which is a great app for Keto because it tracks net vs total carbs for you.
