[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Bain & Company Hi everyone,
I am currently working as a Software Engineer in Persistent Systems.
I have total exp of 8 months and serving notice period. I have offers from Mckinsey and BCG for their tech roles, but I wish to switch to consulting.
Could anyone please refer me or if you know someone who could refer me at Bain & Company for the Associate Consultant position?
Thank you in advance.

I teach kinder so it may be a lot different for me. But alot of it is building those good relationships, finding out what they like, what they do on the weekends, who their friends are, and then really following up with those things. We also do a lot of "quiet time meditations" and ALOT of mini lessons on dealing with problems and solving them constructively...accident vs on purpose, the correct way to say sorry, how to share and trade, etc. With high schoolers you could probably do a lot of games, movie/video studies, with them or even things that incorporate writing.
We use a daily yoga program in the morning to help fill us with coping chemicals. We recognize that many students come to school already with a tank on empty, so we need to fill them up before asking something from them.
I also keep emotion check in charts in the room and use visuals to help students identify how they feel and what they can so about it. This year, I set up a calm down area in my room. It has a soft rug, a bean bag, and one desk and chair with a basket of calm down supplies from Teachers Pay Teachers.
