Unless someone specifically and clearly hits on you, assume they are inviting your kids. And even if someone hits on you, they may still be motivated by your kids participation.
36 dad here and I get invited by moms all the time for play dates with their kids. I thought it was just a parental thing where you try to help children grow their social circle. Wouldn't read into it that much unless some dude comes over and starts hitting on you. Men typically aren't that subtle. You'll know. If that happens then you start to draw the line.

What does your husband think and how does he feel about it?
I’m a sporty mom and super involved in my kids activities so I’ve always been in contact with other dads and would text with them and get invited places with my kids occasionally. It’s never bothered my husband. I think because we’ve been together for 20 years. However I lost 25 lbs in early 2021 and now I seem to be getting invited more and more and I think that’s why I’m questioning it. Because I’ve been with my husband for so long I don’t know what the cues are anymore and just don’t want to send the wrong message.

No they reach out to me. Sometimes my husband goes though because we have 4 kids so we have to divide and conquer with activities.
Follow-up question, does it matter if the dad is married or divorced?
One of the dads has texted me 10x today. Is that normal? I know you guys think I’m full of myself but I really just want to stay happily married 😂

It honestly sounds like he’s talking about the team and the practice. I’ve been married 15+ years and my wife and both text husbands and wives, it doesn’t really matter. I’ll text a mom if she can pick up my kid, my wife will text a dad if he can drive our kid, etc. I think you may be overthinking this
Today one of the dads invited me to register my daughter to play in an out of town tournament the weekend before Xmas with his daughter.
