Compared to facilities which company (Samsung and Intel) provides best facilities? I know Intel has lot of benifits like free cab, child day care reimbursement, telephone bill reimbursement, 15% discount on shares purchase, very good leave structure, Free UDEMY for developing skills, Intel wiki for lot of knowledge gathering etc... Any idea about samsung? Intel Corporation Samsung

Hey Everyone,
I am doing a part time MBA program and for one of the coursework I am trying to understand the challenges people faced while transitioning from WFH to Back to office model.
I've created a small questionnaire and will really appreciate if you can spare 10 minutes of your time for the same.

Crib shoes if they’re 0-5m
Stride rite or little ten 6m and up
Nike swoosh 1 are our favorite! So easy to put on and by my understanding, they are podiatrist-recommended for promoting natural foot development. They were our go-tos for everything so well worth the cost
Best shoes for just learning to walk is no shoes. Practically they don’t need “shoes” until they are actually walking around independently out of the house, before that we just used booties like zutanos. Once they are actually walking - Nike flex runner is our go to toddler sneaker- slip on and stays on.
My late-ish walker did really well in old school stride rite! Our PT was happy with no shoes or stride rites until little one really had the hang of it. yes to socks !
Yes to socks! We used the Tiny Explorings shoes, which are sort of sock-shoes that can go in the washing machine, but still put socks on under those for comfort and to prevent them from getting too stinky… otherwise used a lot of Carters until ~18-20 months, when we switched to sneakers (baby adidas are the ones baby currently loves).
^ yes! hot tip to put socks under the sock shoes! I didn’t think they were necessary so we didn’t, and when he wasn’t walking/running much it was fine, but now that he’s running those sock shoes STINK if he doesn’t have socks on!
This time of year, I would recommend the baby open walk boot by Loro Piana until they can fit into the kids summer walks. People are often surprised that since these are kids shoes, both can be had for less than $1k.
I only like kids shoes that are over $1k 😞
