If you're in a job like mine which involves a lot of calls and meetings, the classic examples of coffee shop or library won't work.
If you have money to blow you can get a membership at a co-working space.
Otherwise, just try to set up a nice environment in your house. A separate room to use as an office would be ideal. But at least a nice corner somewhere that's not by your sleeping area or your living/playing area. That way your mind can compartmentalize. I haven't had much problems with working from home. The things that distract me are the very device I'm on for work (the computer) or my phone, which would be the case anywhere besides my house. Headphones with noise cancelling are mandatory if there are other people in your home.
Some libraries have rooms you can reserve for the day. If there is a college local to you, you can get an alumni or community library card and have access to facilities, where they usually have study rooms.
I luckily just moved into an apartment with a weird small den room, and I put my desk in there and close the door. Only use that space for work

I thought this would be a problem for me, but I set up an office area in my home, and what actually happened is work became my hyper focus and I don't pay attention to my home even though I'm at home...
Try also noise cancelling headphones and consider flow club for working in a virtual environment with others to help stay on track.
