My boyfriend just found my vibe...
I just got an offer from Accenture Switzerland, Total Comp 170K with 140K base. I have 6YOE as IT consultant and 9YOE in total. I am just upset that they did not offer me a relocation package of 20k because the cost of living in Zurich for a family with 1 child is crazy! Should I insist for a sign on bonus before accepting the offer?

You absolutely dont suck... you care about your performance
Normal.
First few weeks/months should be listening a LOT. You need to learn the culture and the personalities.
You will have lots of opportunity to add value. For now just get yourself well situated, understand your resources, and build relationships
You don’t suck. It’s normal. Just keep working hard
while i’m hoping you don’t suck, and probably just have newbie jitters, we need to realize that some
people DO suck, even if they don’t want to.
not all people that honestly want to be good, and are aware that they are not good, can be good.
but you, two weeks in, you’re probably just getting into the groove. keep working, and you’ll likely be fine!
Normal. You want to prove you can meet expectations. Is your supervisor a help? How are your coworkers?
That’s normal. You’ll feel better in a couple weeks, or when you get some positive feedback
If you actually sucked, you wouldn't care enough to feel that way and want to get better.
