I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Actually I am not much interested to go back to office as of now may be in february it will be fine for me

This is a great goal to strive for.
The whole world is hostile for ND folks, and most workplaces are psychologically unsafe even for NTs.
increasingly so. i talk about this in the Happy Space Podcast and facebook group. if we unite and raise our voices in a compelling way, we have a chance at being heard. #wedeservebetter
Literally everyone in upper levels of management and the C-suite have varying degrees of narcissistic traits. The higher the position, the more traits. It’s never a safe environment. The best thing for us to do is to realize that the workplace is filled with these kinds of people, and work on ways to protect ourselves from them.

I've noticed a lot of those companies say they're diverse or open to accomodations but they don't want you to ask for them in the same way they don't want you to actually use your PTO.
Can you give some specific examples of how leaders can implement these three things?
I do strive to foster a kind and supportive culture for all, but what specifically do you need?
Thanks for asking. I'm writing a blog post about this over on my website - clarekumar.com/blog but here are a few ideas:
sensory-supportive
this could include adjustable lighting, flexible work schedules, sound dampening, a scent-free workspace
cognitively kind
excellent wayfinding (signage), clear instructions, a pace that is easy to understand, white space in text, good formatting
emotionally engaging
communication with an inviting tone, relaxed & open body postures (vs arms folded), a smile instead of a frown, and being okay with someone choosing not to make eye contact.
the opposite of anything that would feel stressful.
does this help?
