Currently a generalist manager at B4 strategy at $200k base, 20% bonus. 2 yoe post MBA.

Offer is at a series A startup in the Healthcare AI space. Series A funding was at a post money valuation of $20M. They have customers and are post revenue. Current offer is $170k base, 20% bonus, 0.5% equity in an S&O role that includes some BizDev.

What’s expected sign on bonus as a Manager at Salesforce?

Will be up for a promotion to a corporate finance manager position soon bumping my salary to ~$150k. Is an MBA worth it to continue to grow within corporate finance? I feel like I dont need an MBA to grow at my current firm (looking at the MD profiles) but I dont see myself working here forever. Currently consultant at ACN Strategy,~3YOE, switched from a smaller consulting firm back in January. Got an offer from Uber for a Strategy&operations manager role, 20% pay bump.
I am unsure about wether to accept:
> I consider going for a MBA b4 exit. I am not sure wether I could get it partly financed from ACN
> Comp and the role seem very attacrive, but the role is framed as "Individual contributor" (no subordinates)

Business Analyst, TX: First year TC = $110k

Facebook:
Project Manager, CA: First year TC = $120k

I’m truly leaning towards McK then exit with a much higher base salary in a couple years. I’m only four years out of college and don’t have a clue what I wanna do for the next 30+ years so here I am seeking advice from you fine folks
