What are your thoughts on the complaint filed on behalf of Frank Garrison seeking to stop student loan forgiveness bc he doesn’t want to pay $646 in state income taxes? Link below. ATL described it as “valiant” which really rubbed me the wrong way. How is it “valiant” for someone eligible for forgiveness to seek to block forgiveness for others over a measly $646? Obviously, this goes to your political feelings on the matter, which is probably why the ATL coverage bugged me.

Are the home prices in ATL metro area gonna stay elevated? Is it a lose-lose situation for buyers currently given interest rate? I am not see the "price correction" even though homes are staying in market longer. Sellers are just as greedy as 2021 and expect the same windfall that those who sold last year got. Thoughts? Need help figuring out how to negotiate. I have 2 offers right now: Accenture in ATL (77k + 10k signing bonus) and Slalom in DC (95k, no signing). I’m more interested in Slalom, and I want to relocate to DC. I’m located in ATL now, so I really need some sort of signing/relocation bonus. Slalom knows I have an offer from Accenture. Is 7.5K too much to ask for from Slalom? Considering that cost of living in DC is much higher.
