I would like a few tips form working people, as a new grad I've held many hats and worked in many Fileds. How can I get idea of which company or type of felid is best for me.
MBA grad with emphasis I. Healthcare Administration.
Offers- [smaller software company for Business Analyst position will train]
Offers- Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation hosiptal, its bigger name brand company but the its smaller role: Patient Service Specialist - Medical Front Office.

I'm looking to switch my career either in business analyst or in customer success role but wherever I'm applying or interviewing I'm getting reject as I don't have an experience in these roles but have 4.5 years of experience in customer support and this isn't satisfying them.
To have an experience I need to start but I don't know where to go..
Please suggest.

CAPCO- 15.5 LPA
Should I strive for higher compensation still? Or is this the max I could get in today's market? I can't compromise with the role and domain though.

Can anyone help me with McKinsey recruitment system in India. What is general requirements like YOE, Academics for Business Analyst or Junior associate role. Is it possible for a non MBA to get these roles.
Any knowledge regarding BCG or Bain will be also helpful.

Cons: May not have work life balance
UHG - 19.5, which includes 15% variable
Pros - RPA Technology, Work Life Balance
Cons - Gurgaon Location ( till the time it is work from home, it is great as I want to stay in Bangalore)

I have been working as a business analyst at JNJ, with about 4 years of experience and halfway done with my MBA. I would like to move into a project management role (I have worked on my scrum master certification). I make about 68k a year and I feel like I’m due for a huge pay raise. I have been asking 105k-120k which companies have been open to. Am I asking for the appropriate amount?

Hey guys I am moving from a small consultancy as a business analyst. I have been offered a role as a consultant at Deloitte Digital and they’re offering £50k core salary. I am also in the final stage for capgemini which i’m 90% sure i’m getting but they’re offering around £60k (i think i’ve sort of forgotten). But my question is will Deloitte increase the offer amount? is it negotiable? I think my mistake when they first asked me what my salary expectations would be i said 50k.
