Being vetted for a newly created Director position at the client even though relatively new at current firm - advice on how to handle situation?

Hello everyone! I am a Senior Technical recruiter with a little over 8 years of experience.

I would love to know if anyone is hiring any Recruiting Lead, Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager/ Director level roles that I may qualify for.

I am trying to get into a level of leadership that way I can be able to make a difference and to be impactful.

Anybody hiring an Associate director for a role that doesn't do reporting?

What should be a good salary in Delivery role (Director+) in Dallas, TX area? If someone can provide a range that also will be helpful.

1. How many rounds should i expect in total considering I clear everything? (I think my first round itself has technical + manger/director)

Hi Friends, I need help! I interviewed for my current position as Director of Marketing and Sales and gave a 60-70k salary range. I was hired on at 55k base with a 6,000 annual bonus putting me at 61k. They low balled me because I have 8 years of marketing experience but 0 sales. I been there 7 months now and have not started the sales side of things because they still have not provided me with a computer that can handle the software I need. Can I justify a raise? I’m killing the marketing side.

I had an interview with 2 senior managers last week for an industry position and it went super well. All behavioral questions. I have an in person interview this week with a director of the group and will be shown around the office. Would you expect this one to be harder or more like trying to figure out if you are a good fit for their group like the previous one? Don’t have any background on what the interview will be like and I really want the job! Any advice would be great.

About to turn PL at BCG (~4 YOE) with MBA. I am negotiating comp at a series C start-up, Director role.

What compensation should I negotiate for? How much in options?

Went through 4 rounds at a MM shop for an Ops Director role. Didn't get it. Pushed my resume to the usual suspects in recruiting. Haven't heard anything. Anyone have Ops roles kicking around? GTM S&O background.

Am interviewing for a director, product role at a SaaS unicorn fintech. Currently a principal/associate partner in a boutique strategy firm, have 16 years of total work experience. Would you know if I am interviewing at the right level? (Still learning how the levels in a product organization match against consulting levels). Any pointers?

I am torn between moving to a product director role (unicorn fintech) vs continuing my current role (principal at a M&A strategy boutique, can make partner in 1-2 years) vs moving to corporate development roles (no offers yet). I have 16 years of experience, recent 4 yrs of which in M&A commercial due diligences. I see all three as attractive options, but is it a good pursuit to take a product director role at a recently turned fintech unicorn vs the other options?

2nd year manager at KPMG strategy current at $205k base (w/ top 10 MBA & 7 yoe). Offered $215k base 10% bonus for a Transformation Director position with a PE backed fintech. WLB is fantastic. Company positioned to go public in 1-2 years or be sold. Should I wait to see if I make director this year at KPMG or jump now? (I have 2 kids under 4 and wife is big law attorney so WLB is key)

Hey Strategy& folks,
Initially was referred for Strategy& manager and just got off the phone with the recruiter. Recruiter forwarded my S& contact to have me apply for PWC manager role when I clearly stated i was only interested in S& based on my current compensation and background.
Dont know if it is just a generic PWC manager role I was asked to apply or should i be concerned?
Background: 8 years post MBA. Currently director at CVS health. Previous experience at UHG and 2 years at Accenture.
