Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before. However, this role would be hybrid (2x in office) and come along with more responsibilities and hours than my current WFH role which is very chill. The pay is only 15% more than I currently make. Any thoughts?

I have joined X company on 7th sep.
But one offer was in the pipeline and that offer came today after joining X company. Its been 2 days joined the X company, i did not collect the laptop nor went physically for document verification.
Another company giving me permanent wfh, i can easily manage my child and my job.
In X company we have to go to office.
Please give some advice how to approach X company's HR. Should I tell the exact reason or anything else? Please help!!

I’ve been in practice for a total of 6 years in Florida, but my significant other needs to do an out of state 3-year residency next year. I’m hoping it will be a state that allows admission by motion without reciprocity required. If it’s somewhere without admission by motion, I’d really like to see if I could do a hybrid remote position out of Florida while living part time in the other state. Does anyone have any feedback on whether this is possible?

Want to negotiate a raise for the coming year. For reference, 1YOE at my biglaw firm, $47k + overtime, litigation. Some things happened in my personal life, firm agreed to let me go FT remote.
