Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

How do I train my critical thinking skills? Any book recommendations?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? HELP! How do you handle a client who is racially discriminating? The client is a goverment office in the Middle East and has discriminated everyone from staff to SM level. Client is always right and nothing youll say is ever right because of the difference in our race. The difference on our race was an issue for him.
