I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

Hmmm… I would be hesitant. Comcast Business’s culture sucks and as an Enterprise rep you don’t really work with ENT customers more so just Smb customers that want fiber pipes. If you’re good it can pay VERY well, but if you suck you get canned after like 2 months of bad performance. It’s hard to get out of that role as well since Comcast is pretty universally looked down upon by other telcos.
IF you are good you should be paid well and if you suck you'd be terminterested. DUH..that is life..!!!

I currently work at Comcast Business on the SMB side and I came over from TFB myself. The culture will vary team by team and region by region. In my opinion the culture is far better. I will say the Rules of Engagement are not as defined as they were at T-Mobile. I was with T-Mobile just shy of 12 years, and leaving to come to Comcast Business was the best decision I’ve made career wise. And as stated above, if your good at what you do you will make an insane amount of money. Hope this helps!
I had that exact role… Comcast is an excellent company, and they want you to do well. This is 100% a pure hunter role… While you may have a territory, it’s literally about finding new business all the time.  You will be required to find 90 to 95% of your own leads… Which they referred to as new logos.  You will cold call 80 to 125 people per day, and follow up continually. If you can create two new opportunities / day, and close 2-4 new accounts per month, you will be successful. 
Comcast pays well not for the faint of heart! Your always just one bad month away from unemployment! I did really well there and as long as you work with that mentality you will be find!! Btw never had a bad month!!
