I definitely have minor anger issues, meaning I don’t see anyone and am not diagnosed. They’ve gotten a little better over the past 2 years. But I would just say really keep yourself in check. Think before you speak. It’s been a daily “struggle” for me but I am trying to work it out myself and be better, more empathetic and tolerant.
Yes. I’ve had to check myself a couple of times so I didn’t go off on a senior manager. My anger is also tied to my depression. The more depressed I get, the more irrationally angry I am. I’m looking into therapy to help with it because what I’m doing now works but it’s not long term
Currently on Lexapro
If you really are very irritable, it can be a medical issue. Celiac disease can cause it. Consider getting a checkup and discussing with your doc
^I feel like I do as well. I also don't see anyone for help.
I did 2 years ago. My blood pressure was through the roof. Therapy has helped a lot!
No not at all. Perspective helps
