Call your doctor! Life is hard and yes if it is bad enough then you can get disability. Hang in there!!!!!

That’s a very serious thing. So there are a couple of things you can do. You can enlist the help of a psychologist to help you. Use your medical insurance directory to compare to yelp or some form of scoring online so you can find someone for you. You can speak to your HR rep in confidence and see what can be done from their side to ease your issue, it might be something as simple as changing hours or moving things to someone else to ease load. Alternatively, you can call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1.800.273.8255) for someone who can help you if you feel like it’s gotten to be too much.
