Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

experience is what you need
Agile cert is all u need. Then experience
might not even need the cert if your company is waterfall based
I don't think you necessarily need a certification. You need someone willing to let you make product decisions which include thinking about the "why" and the "what" behind new features, etc. It's a mindset shift for sure. I'm not sure if a certification will help you, but maybe taking a class or 2 in PM would be helpful?
