It’s easy to feel scapegoated but just do your best to mend things and stay professional. Everyone has performance areas to improve on, be thankful that they are giving you the feedback. It can feel unfair but they are just doing what they know without necessarily coaching you. Some coaches are better than others but good coaches are not guaranteed. If you continue to feel misunderstood misjudged, best to start looking for a new team. It might be a larger culture issue, but hard to say based on what you’ve shared

You can also go the HR yourself and share how you are feeling about the situation, particularly as it relates to what goes in your written review. I did this once and was allowed to place a rebuttal letter in my fine (in my case a partner wrote a bunch of stuff that was just plain not true while I was on medical leave and didn’t even see it until it had been officially placed in my file.). HR was very supportive and I felt much better after talking to her.

Wants this to be in my performance review. I don’t know how to feel or process. If I say that I wasn’t wrong, apparently I’m not accepting responsibility. Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE
