Feel this on a personal level

Hi, I have a 1st round interview coming up for an associate position at L.E.K. Consulting and was wondering if anyone could give some insight into the interview? I believe it will be 2 cases, 30 min strategy and 30 min quant. Have been doing some case prep over past few months, but nothing too in depth or LEK specific. Kind of nervous - never done a case interview and feel a little underprepared
Putting my 2 weeks in tomorrow hopefully 🥳

100% depends on the demographics of the company as it stands now. That being said, if you have over 10 diverse employee's I would consider starting an ERG as one of your goals to bring awareness to the diversity in your workplace and make employees feel like they have a safe space to discuss what they need to.
The size and culture of your company plays a big part in what to do. You don't want to do too much too fast without building it up and without buy in from senior leadership. Starting up a DEI Committee/Council is a good first step. ERGs/Affinity groups are good as well. But should be employee ran and only started if an employee brings the idea.
It would be establishing a cultural that supports Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Otherwise you won’t have any success. “Diversity is being invited to the party. Inclusion is being asked to dance.” Vernā Myers

5-year Strategic Plan and Strong data…
Conduct a DEAI assessment of all internal operations (recruitment, hiring and retention practices) and external facing products and services. Would someone from a different background be able to observe true investments in DEI? …Where do you post vacant positions so that someone from a diverse background can access it? How you reviewed interview questions to remove bias from the interview process? Re external things, what’s on your website that says diversity is important? Have you included diverse perspectives in the development and testing of your product/service?
From that report use a SWOT analysis to determine
where your strengths and growth areas are and devise a plan to address what needs to be improved.
You could use your findings to share with team members (i.e., ERG) and get authentic buy-in.
