My manager is frustrated. Her team got reorganized, and I’m moving to a different and new team. She said based on new quotas, that she thinks the new team will come close to hitting 200% of quota, and frustrated that she didn’t get moved as well. 200% seems way too high, but here’s to hoping her instincts are right 😩
