Have an offer that’s 15% higher for base and 15% bonus (that I don’t have right now). New company is much smaller than current one (good brand name) and I am not sure if I made right decision accepting it. I have been in this company for over 7 years ans not sure if I am having separation anxiety now. Also Not getting along with Current manager or the group. What shall I do? Am I overthinking this?

About to get an offer from Capgemini Invent. Manager level out of Philadelphia area. Any insight on what I can expect/negotiate for on salary?

The interviewer asked me to send in my salary expectation before we talk. This is a little bit challenging to me. Talk numbers.
The position ask for at least 4 years experience. I have 6.
I want to ask for a fair amount because I do think I can bring much value to the company.
Also don’t want to compromise just because I’m out of work at the moment. Do you guys have a suggestion ? TIA!!!

Has anyone made the jump from Manager level M&A at Big 4 to Sales Account Executive at and willing to share the experience? Specifically interested in fit, compensation, leveling, etc.

I am in discussions with my manager for resignation. She is asking me to share the offer letter of the new company so that she could check if she can match the offer in my current salary.

Well Consulting, it's been real but I just accepted an offer with a T2 big tech company for a roughly 70% increase. 4 YOE, $135k to $230k TC

Base: $165k
Target Bonus: $41k/25%
RSUs: $70k/4 years (was told they had no flexibility on RSUs, I could have pushed more but maybe my manager ran out of RSUs to allott)
$10k sign-on bonus that I didn't include in TC

Do I boomerang back to the Big4? I began my career with EY in their strategy consulting practice where I was promoted to Manager before leaving for industry where I've been the last 2 years. I was just offered a Manager level role with Deloitte at $175k base plus 31% bonus (max) plus a $10k signing bonus which is about 30% more than what I make now. Is this a good offer? I am struggling whether or not to get back into consulting because of the lack of work life balance. Tell me what to do!

My expectation is 22 LPA fixed (I know Accenture has 20% variable pay). Is this fair amount or is there a chance HR can agree over and above 22 LPA as well?

Hi I have offer from Accenture fixed is X ans 7.5 lakhs as variable pay. Joining bonus 1.4Lakhs and designation Associate Manager.. Not sure about the project.

I too have offer from Deloitte India.. Designation Manager. Fixed is X+2 and the variable pay percentage is not mentioned. But it is for project requirement. No joining bonous.
