Does anyone have any connections to someone in real estate consulting at any of the big firms? Currently living in San Diego. I have about six years of experience in real estate. My experience: property inspections, sales, purchase financing, 1031 exchanges/strategy/regs, and some commercial valuations experience. Education: MBA, MS in Real Estate, and BS in Real Estate.

Flying into LGA tomorrow afternoon after a few years break - is it still a complete cluster or can I get an Uber without walking miles or having to take a shuttle bus?

I moved to the US from another market and I want to know if I am really working what is expected for a big las associate. My regular work week is two days from 8:30 to 7:30-8, one day late until 11 or so, one day early 8:30 to 6:30. Fridays I try to be done by 5:30 and I usually work either one week or afternoon over the weekend. That's most weeks of the month. usually there is one week a month that is busier. Besides that I am always checking emails, sending quick replies until 10-10:30 PM.

I appreciate how lax we’ve gotten with tattoos. One of the few firms where I see it so commonly and it makes me very happy! I’ve gotten a few inconspicuous ones out of fear of being “corporate judged”, but really want a forearm tat.

What do you folks generally think of tattoos in the workplace? (Please include your client experiences as well)
