Have an interview with a lead (director level) of a small to medium size company today. What should I expect?

I made it past the hiring manager so this is his boss. Should I expect it to be detailed with me speaking about my experience or conversational?

What should you expect in a Creative Director interview? Do you still show your work or is it more about management style and speaking skills?

When negotiating salary, would you talk with the recruiter you’ve been working with most of the time throughout the interview process or the main HR director that sent you the offer letter?

Several days after my interviewer (alumn) submit the feedback on my interview, the assistant director admission emailed me to arrange a call? She said in the email she has a few follow-up questions regarding my application.

Attended interview for a role at PWC and after director round of interview, I was called by recruiter to tell me that interview was positive but there is no definitive answer since they are looking for more senior role and also they may shift resources internally and that there may be chance in the future. Currently working at a T2 strategy house. I’ve been doing some LinkedIn searches and it seems like there are a fair few consultants who’ve exited into Director / Senior Manager of Strategy roles. I’m currently applying for Strategy Manager positions, because the more senior roles all seem to ask for 7+ YOE. None of the people I’m seeing on LinkedIn exited with that much experience. Am I underselling myself?

Has a company ever withdrew an agreed verbal or written compensation only to offer you a lower salary?

So I get a call from a Deloitte recruiter about an ERP implementation manager position. I interview with 2 SM and 1 Managing Director. The interview went well and recruiter gave me a verbal offer that was lower than my range, we go back and forth and then we finally agreed on salary, signing bonus and start date. I had a director interview at guidehouse for the BICM team, and I’m curious what guidehouse and that team is really like. What is the interview process like at Parthenon for VP/Director level?

Applied to a new job, went through 10 interviews over a few months, negotiated salary, then received a verbal offer, and accepted. Recruiter said it would take up to 2 weeks to email me the written offer (had to go through approvals, HR, legal). It’s been 2.5 weeks now and no word. Reached out to recruiter to check on progress yesterday morning and no response. Now what? Should I reach out to director from final interview? To recruiter again? Please help, feeling so crumby 😭 😔
