Had an interview with a director of finance/accounting that was setup via an external recruiter. I have 2 more interviews scheduled on Monday with other team members and was asked to apply to the actual job posting as well. Is this a good sign? 😬

45 min interview with director. Was going nearly perfect, then at the end hit a Q I struggled with. He noticed and helped me w the Q. Then provided his email before interview ended.

Final round interview with a Sr Director at Apple coming up for a Product Management role. Already gone through 4 rounds including a Case and Loop so curious if any 🐠 out there have any idea what I should expect from this discussion?

I’ve gone through 4 rounds of interviews for a Product Management role at a FAANG company. Was told before the last round I just completed that it would be the last round (basically involved a case presentation to sr leaders within the group). Heard back from HR that they’d like to schedule me for one additional round with an even more Senior Director from the team. Fish fam - any experience having additional rounds added or what I should expect from this latest final round?

I’m a product marketer looking to switch into PM. I’m in the interview process for a senior PM role, but the product is not that exciting and I’m a little concerned the company is stale (it’s a legacy product and the company has been around for a while). Would it be worth it to get the PM title? (Alternatively, I’m considering taking a senior PMM or even PMM director role at a series A startup and then making the move to PM later on.) what’s the better move here?

I have an interview next week with PwC for Sales Director (MSFT Security). Im looking for any advice on the PwC sales process and environment.. also, im a more senior guy, but it seems Director at PwC is an IC position. Should my expectation be the same as most other sales IC positions...build and manage pipline? Any help appreciated.

I have interviewed with a manager, a director and a partner but they were saying I have to interview with another partner, is that normal at PWC? I thought the first partner interview would be the final one

I recently got a second chance to interview for a a role I recently applied to. After talking to the recruiter, she told me that my answers were contradictory to my careers goals and my delivery was very choppy. I also said a lot of um and uhs during my deliverance of answers. She talked with her colleagues and they decided to give me a second chance and interview with a Director on their team. Do you all have any advice for interviewing well and giving clear concise answers in a non-ramble way?

Is this considered annoying or is it proactive? On Friday - I followed up a week after my last interview with the Director and recruiter. The director said they’ll discuss my interview results with the team this Monday. It’s now Wed- am I being annoying by following up to ask about the decision?

What are interviews with Director/Partner like for PwC Advisory?

I have a final interview this week with the director of the practice I’m interviewing for at EY. Any advice or tips? I really want this job!

Meeting with a director next week for a “technical” interview for a Finance EPM role at PwC.

Any tips specific to their practice, or anything I should make sure to touch on? Would come with promo from A to SA.

If the technical interviewer reschedules the interview, is that bad?
For context: The recruiter was really excited and wanted to schedule in the partner/director interviews within the same week, but the technical interview just got pushed to next week. Not sure if this means anything

Just received a resume & cover letter from a director-level candidate. Very well designed. But the cover letter has a photo of the applicant and an original photo they shot of the brand they’d be working on. Almost like an image you’d put in a deck.

Designed well, but is that odd for applying for a job you don’t have yet?

The recruiter emailed me saying I have a last phone interview with the peer director of the director who interviewed me.
Any insight on what to expect ? I have another offer on hold

Interviewed for a biotech company Director role, told me I did great but chose someone internal for the role. They offered to open an SM role just for me instead (5YOE, MPH) with the hopes of becoming director after working at the company. Should I take it? Do I have room to negotiate anything?
