Entering 3rd year senior, don’t think I want to stick it out until manager. Anyone know where other ppl go from here if an accounting role isn’t their calling?

It seems a lot of people in public say they want to stay until they make manager. What is the conventional wisdom on this? Are the exit opps really that much better once you’re a manager?

Why does a college hire at Microsoft/Amazon/Google for the program/product manager position bring in the same or more than or the same as a Senior Manager at Accenture?

BCG folks, seen some folks on linkedin with titles like "finance manager" and "senior finance manager". Are these internal roles? My understanding is project lead is your M role.
