What salary to expect being a first time product manager, but having around one year experience in a sales role, in Ontario?

Hi! I’m a Finance Manager whose looking to move to Austin, TX soon. What should I expect as a salary range with that same position?

Been with my current company for 6 years. Started in customer service and added HR responsibilities year 1. Now do on-boarding,recruiting, phone screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer letters, medical enrollment, and revamped employee handbook. I hold the HR Manager title when dealing with paperwork but my CEO still has not made an official announcement and my pay is not the market rate of an HR Manager. Majority of my work is still in Customer Service.
What do I do now?

Anyone know what Program Manager packages range from at Intuit? I feel low-balled. I was on the initial 30 minute call and they asked my expectations, so I stated I’d like to here their range. They stated max salary: 167k, rsu 70k (4yrs to vet), and bonus 15%. I expect salary to be 225-300k and RSU to be over 100k

Applied for a consulting manager job and l lowballed myself (PANICKED) when they asked my salary expectation during the interview (I said 130+ but I should have said 160-180). How can I fix it once I receive the offer? Can I say “after researching the market and hearing more about the position I wouldn’t make a switch for less than 170”? Or how else would you frame it? United Healthcare fishes, does anyone have any salary insight to Manager of Data Analytics? I’m interviewing next week with a recruiter and compensation will come up. I also would like to ask how to approach this one additional issue. Seeing as it’s the end of January, if they’re looking to fill the role prior to March, it would mean I walk away from my current employer’s bonus which pays out in the 2nd week of March. I’m expecting $20k. How do I go about asking for a one time starting bonus?

Got reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and set up a call to talk about the position. We talked on Tuesday and the call seemed to go very well. She said she would follow up by sending me the job posting to look at more in depth and confirm with the hiring manager that my salary requirements fit the position. I followed up thanking her for her time and expressing my excitement about the opportunity but still haven’t heard anything from her after our call.

Experienced hire Manager here, informed before Christmas that I’ll be taking another lap but not because of performance (5/5 on scats and all operating at next level) or metrics (22mm in MR) but the only reason is I need more time in the “saddle”… During this time, I’ve been replying to recruiters and after a PPMD interview last week, I was offered an SM role at a smaller firm with a base pay increase of 45% (225k) over my current salary. Very much considering this… thoughts?
